How to borrow a CD from the music library
CD's can be borrowed at any time.
Office Hours are 10am to 3pm on Monday to Friday and all you need to do in this time is go to the office and ask for the key to unlock the CD Cabinets.
If you are outside of these hours and you would like to borrow a CD, then simply call the office on (02) 4227 3436 and ask for the key for the cabinet that you want opened. The office staff will then place the key in an envelope and place it in your pigeon hole. When you arrive at the station you can get the key from your pigeon hole and open the cabinet. When you have chosen the CDs that you would like to borrow then lock up the cabinet and place the Key in its envelope and place it in the slot in the office door.
1. Ring the office
2. Pick up the key from your pigeon hole
3. unlock the cabinet and choose your CDs
4. relock the cabinet
5. Place the key in the office door slot.
Please remember to sign out each CD in the CD borrowing book (the red book) in the green room. And resign the CD back in to the library when you have returned the CD. CDs can then be placed in the Music Library Pigeon Hole or Craig Mansell's pigeon hole (box 69).
